The notified Ecuadorian Technical Regulation establishes the requirements to be met by prefabricated solar systems and solar collectors for heating liquids (temperature below 100 degrees , prior to the marketing of domestic and imported products, with the aim to protecting human safety and preventing deceptive practices. It applies to the following products: 1. Prefabricated solar systems 2. Flat plate solar collectors 3. Vacuum solar collectors
